When you send an enquiry through the booking form, we collect your name, phone number and email address, together with the event details you provide: event type, service, date, location, guest count, budget range and any notes about the occasion.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to plan and deliver any booking that follows. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your permission.

Service providers

Enquiries are delivered to Omelra by email, sent through our email provider. The website runs on our own hosted server and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, the server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. If you choose to continue a conversation on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that conversation.

Keeping your data safe

Information is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We collect only what we need to respond to you, and keep it only as long as we need it for your enquiry or booking.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by replying to any message we have sent you about your enquiry.
